DELULU – Return & Exchange Policy

By placing an order or initiating a return/exchange at Delulu.in, you’re vibing with the terms below. They’re here to make the process smooth for both sides. If you don’t agree, maybe skip the checkout for now.

1. Return & Exchange Window
You have 24 hours from receiving your order to raise a return or exchange request. Once approved, our courier partner will attempt a pickup within 24–48 hours.

2. Pick-up Details
Because timing matters, and so does the pin code.

• Our delivery partner will make 2 pickup attempts. Missed both? You’ll have to self-ship it back to us.
• Reverse pick-up depends on your pin code availability.
• All returns go through a quality check once they reach our warehouse. Only then can we move to the next step.
3. Exchange Flow
• Once approved, your new piece of Delulu will land in 7–10 working days.
• If the size you want is out of stock, we’ll help you pick something else or issue you a Delulu Gift Card for future slayage (valid on Delulu.in & offline pop-ups).
4. Returns = Delulu Credits Only
No cash refunds — only Delulu Store Credits are issued once the return is quality-approved.
We only accept items that are:
• Clean
• Unused
• With all original tags & packaging intact
5. When Your Return Won’t Work
Delulu is chill, but some things are non-negotiable:
• The product is worn, washed, or altered
• Missing tags, packaging, or accessories
• Perfume, smoke, or other strong smells
• Part of a set returned without all components
• Sale items or special editions marked final sale
6. Cancellations – Know the Tea
• COD orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
• Prepaid orders are final – no cancellations or direct refunds
• In very rare cases, refunds (if applicable) will be processed as Delulu Gift Cards valid for 6 months
• Shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable
7. Why You Can Exchange/Return
Because we get it — sometimes reality doesn’t match the moodboard.
• Wrong size
• Received a damaged item
• Product defect
• Something’s missing (tags, accessories, vibes)
8. The Fine Print for Accepting Returns
We’ll accept your return/exchange only if:
• It’s unused, unwashed, and still has its original drip (tags & packaging)
• It matches your order ID and purchase records
• It’s free of perfume, makeup stains, and heartbreak
• It’s not altered or damaged
If it doesn’t pass the vibe check, we reserve the right to send it back to you. Gently. But firmly.
